3. SMS and Mobile Messaging

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

K2 Complete Fitness is a fitness and nutrition coaching provider and is not a healthcare provider. Information you share with us is generally not protected health information under HIPAA. We nonetheless treat health and fitness details as confidential and limit access to coaching staff who need it to serve you.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
